One entry, emailed to football fans around the world, calls for the “rape and slaughter” of whites and the murder of President Jacob Zuma. In a chilling message a Malema “fan” called Thato Mbateti Mbateti warns: “Every trespasser, namely white whores, we will rape them and kill them… White kids will be burned.” The Facebook page, which attracted more than 15,000 followers, has been shut down. Malema and the ANCYL insisted it was not an official supporters’ page. Lawrence Schlemmer, vice president of the South African Institute of Race Relations, said: “There is no reason why these things, as tragic as they are, should affect the safety of fans or players at the World Cup. Horror story - Bloody attack on baby blatant hatred

This sort of show of absolute disregard for the sanctity of human life should be punished with the only thing that would ensure that they will never be able to do it again - the death penalty. This country is crying for a way to curb the murder sprees and rapes. It is weeping for the lives that have been lost. How many more murders must take place before those that claim to be in power take actions against those that have shown no remorse, no feeling, and no compassion? Bring back the death penalty. Not just to punish those that have killed someone in cold blood, but instead to punish those that have shown that they have no place in this country, or in this world, or on this planet! If you rape, you die. If you kill an innocent person, you die. If you hurt a child, you die. The toddler had suffered skull fractures and was unconscious when the mother found her daughter lying in a pool of blood after she returned home at around 1pm. The two Shangaan suspects aged 23 and 25, both from Mozambique, were part of a team of builders who worked on the property earlier this year. The Times reported on Monday that the domestic worker knew one of the attackers, a Mozambican construction worker, and called him a friend. She let the men into the Johannesburg home, where they watched television with her and the child before attacking them. The one year-old baby has suffered serious head injuries and is still in a critical condition fighting for her life in ICU at the Sandton Medi-Clinic hospital. Dairy farmer critically injured, wife tragically killed in Colenso KZN 71-year-old farm owner, Nigel Ralfe, was critically injured while his 64-year-old wife, Lynette was tragically killed. It's believed that the gang members entered the farm at around 6pm pretending to be interested in buying some milk. They then allegedly pulled out their firearms and shot the farm owner twice. The farmer was assaulted and during the assault he said they kept asking him for money, and he informed them that they didn't have any cash on the farm. They ransacked the house but nothing much seems to have been taken. Lynette, who'd come outside to see what was happening, was then also shot. She sadly died at the scene. This is the third attack on farmers in one weekend. On Saturday night, a 46-year-old farmer was shot through his bedroom window while sleeping on his Rietfontein farm near Potchefstroom. The man was taken to Potchefstroom Provincial Hospital in a critical condition while police search for those involved. On Friday, 65-year-old Jan Wheeler was murdered outside Marble Hall in Limpopo. His killers gained access into the farmer's house by breaking the back door. They overpowered Wheeler in the bedroom and repeatedly stabbed him with a sharp object. The men took a few electrical household appliances and ran away. The DA member of the KwaZulu-Natal legislature, Tom Stokes said he believed the issue of farm killings was aggravated by [Malema's] singing of struggle songs that advocated the killing of farmers. He was referring to Malema singing "kill the boer" song last week at a meeting while addressing students at the University of Johannesburg. This caused an uproar as some people viewed it as advocating the killing of farmers. "Malema's actions, along with subsequent attempts by the ANC's Gwede Mantashe to justify his conduct, stand in stark contrast to the pain and suffering being experienced by this family and the many others before them," said Stokes. "No deep thoughts are needed to realise that Malema's comments are creating an atmosphere which is conducive for those who want to commit murder...he is an accessory to the wiping out of farmers in South Africa." The argument by the ANC that the song was merely a preservation of struggle literature, rang hollow in the face of a family that had lost a wife, mother and grandmother, said Stokes, referring to Sunday night's farm murder in KwaZulu-Natal. The Freedom Front Plus was in the meantime preparing a report on farm murders and Malema's role in it. This will be given to the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights. "We will also investigate the possibility to lay charges against Malema at the International Criminal Court, or in the least make the court aware of a growing phenomenon of the victimisation of minorities and specifically the Afrikaner in South Africa," said Alberts. In the early 1990s, Peter Mokaba became notorious for his slogan “Kill the boer, kill the farmer” – which calls for the killing of all whites as blacks refer to all whites as ‘boers’ and is still widely chanted by black activists countrywide (One way hate-speech rule does not stop ANC-racists from chanting the Mokaba-slogan) . Rose farmer killed in Mpumalanga

During the time of National Party reforms in the seventies and eighties, the cliché "adapt or die" used to do the rounds. Nowadays, given the highest murder rate in the world, this should be modified slightly to read, "adapt and die". For the endemic social violence in South Africa is probably incurable.Optimists think that violent crime can be solved through better policing, more efficient courts and more secure prisons. Even assuming that such improvements were possible under conditions of hard-core affirmative action, it must be admitted that criminal justice treats the symptom and not the cause of social violence. The Department of Correctional Services, for one, has lost 496 out of 500 former Deputy Directors since 1994, representing most of the intellectual capital in the department. Newcomers may learn their job properly, or they may not, but they have to be flown to overseas countries to find out how prisons work as most of those previously involved in managing our prisons are no longer there.South Africa used to have a problem of political violence. It was not as bad as else where in Africa, but for some reason elicited hysterical international condemnation. However, actors in political violence are mostly driven by some sort of creed or belief system. Whether such a person is a communist, an anarchist, a neo-Nazi or an ethnic or religious guerilla fighter, he is usually amenable to persuasion or compromise. Even a group of Muslim suicide bombers might declare peace if they were given a territory in which to set up an Islamic theocracy, governed only by themselves and not subject to any outside influence.In the same way, South Africa's so-called liberation movements who were at one time fanatically convinced of the need for violent and bloody revolution, laid down arms and bombs upon being told that F.W. de Klerk would surrender power unconditionally. Solving political violence is often intractable, but not impossible.Not so social violence. Endemic crime, the breakdown of the social fabric, a sense of drift regarding norms of good conduct, point to a far deeper problem. The freedom fighter or urban terrorist is ultimately rational, despite a value system that normal society might find idiosyncratic.But what is "normal society"? It is only the sum-total of behaviours prevalent in any given society at any given time. The Aztecs, infamously, practised daily human sacrifice to appease their sun god. It might revolt many of us today, but to them it was entirely normal. South Africa currently sacrifices about 87 humans per day to violent crime, or 32 000 per year. Those are only the ones who actually die. On the other hand, social violence lacks the charm and grandeur of political violence as it is usually not committed in the interest of some glamorous cause like national liberation or world revolution but simply to acquire some hapless person's BMW or rape his wife because she happened to be inside.However, some time ago a Johannesburg newspaper engaged in chronicling some local history in the suburbs of Westdene and Lakefield in Benoni. Nearly every resident had a story to tell, an entire litany of mayhem. Mr. John Gee miraculously survived a shot through the eye, but now feels traumatised. His wife says, "One lives in fear in one's own home. One does not sleep. One prays for protection, yet only more fears come."But who are the authors of South Africa's social violence? Even asking this question presents one with a sense of discomfort, because most violent criminals in South Africa are young black men between the ages of 16 and 36. As one surgeon who had stitched together at least three child rape victims, two of whom were infants, said recently, "Probably white men commit such acts too; it is just that no-one in South Africa has come across such a case."Of course, it would be preposterous to say that all young black men are prone to violence. Judging from our daily experiences in crime-torn South Africa, however, a sub-section of that population, large enough to cause more havoc than even a well-equipped guerilla army of a few thousand men, has taken up practices such as heists, hold-ups, murders, sexual violence exacted upon women and children, and so on.Explanations for such deviancy are manifold. The ubiquitous answer of it being due to apartheid might have been satisfying if other African societies never subject to group areas and a homeland system did not display similar traits. The Congo, Liberia, Sierra Leone come to mind. There is a whole nature/nurture debate around black violence, except that no adherent of the "nature" side would publicly admit to being one, for fear of being branded a racist. Even though mainstream American cancer research has conclusively shown that black men have higher levels of testosterone than their white counterparts, few would hazard the notion that this might be linked to their greater propensity for violent crime.America has a gargantuan prison population of two million, over half of which consists ofAfrican-Americans. This is despite their minority status in the USA, comprising only 12% of an overall population amounting to 290 million. South Africa could neither afford nor succeed, given the dire state of our criminal justice system, in jailing a similar number of black male offenders. Currently, only 10% of murderers in South Africa get arrested and only 6% are convicted. Not only is such an improvement inconceivable under current conditions, but it would also be politically unpopular with the ruling ANC who would be incarcerating large numbers of young black males who are mostly its own supporters at the polls. Few whites, if any, commit violent crime and there are only 3 900 of them in prison, mostly for white-collar offences such as fraud or insider trading on the stock exchange. All that remains in the world's most violent society, is precisely to adapt and die. Twice as many South Africans of all races now die of murder than of road accidents - even though the road accident rate is also the highest in the world, surpassing that of Turkey. Crime extends to trade in driver's licences, so that a large number of drivers use so-called "bought licences", hardly a contribution to road safety.There are some people naive enough to think that "something can be done about crime" in South Africa, mostly opposition politicians who dream about diverting funds from arms procurement to policing, but this would be futile. There are already three times as many private security personnel as state-employed policemen, and even they do not succeed in containing what has become Africa's only peacetime killing field."I killed them because they were white." These famous words were spoken last year by William Kekana, who participated in one of the most horrendous incidents in which the entire family of Mr. Clifford Rawstorne was wiped out, consisting of his fiancée, baby, as well as his own mother. Even this massacre of an entire family would not have made headlines, were it not for the fact that one year-old Kayla was executed on her very first birthday with a shot in the head. Needless to say, the two adult women were first raped before being killed. Both William Kekana and his accomplice, Charles Fido Baloyi, fell into the high-risk group of young black (and Coloured) males who commit almost all violent crime in the country. South Africa actually has a Minister of Safety and Security, which to some might seem like an example of absurd humour. His Excellency Mr. Charles Nqakula, whose official résumé proudly states that he was once "a waiter and wine steward", has immortalised himself by euphemistically stating that there was no real crime problem in South Africa, except that it was "a little on the high side".All in all, South Africa has got remarkably used to its new-found status as the crime capital of the world. The high-rise districts of Hillbrow and Berea in Johannesburg have been officially designated by Interpol as having the highest murder rate in the world, that is, 600 people per 100 000 population members per annum. Consider for a moment that such a figure represents 12 times the rate found in inner-city ghettoes in the United States, often seen as no-go zones by many Americans.One British immigrant to South Africa who has survived three car hijackings, refuses to emigrate, stating that he is now accustomed to having Kalachnikovs pointed at him from pointblank range. At the height of segregation and apartheid under Hendrik Verwoerd, South Africa was almost as peaceful as Switzerland but she was immoral. Today we are the apotheosis of racial morality and political correctness, yet as violent as the Congo or Liberia. Surprisingly, however, our economy continues to function amid the carnage. No economist has ever studied this as far as I know, but not only is crime our biggest industry - bigger than gold-mining or manufacturing - it also stimulates consumption as stolen goods are replaced; it is a boon to the insurance and security industries and ultimately makes surgeons and undertakers rich. The government earns billions of rands in Value-Added Tax on stolent goods being replaced with new ones. So crime pays.News about killings or shoot-outs no longer elicits the slightest surprise. It is part of our daily existence, and one assumes the lethal risks attending to something as simple as going shopping or driving to work. My wife, for example, has twice been to the local shopping centre where in the one instance a shoot-out was taking place in the parking area so that she had to hide between the cars with our 18 month-old son in her arms; in the second case an armed robbery had just taken place with the robbers casually strolling by with their guns and their loot. Everyone knows someone who has been killed, raped or maimed. Just this week, the wife of a friend and former literary editor of Die Burger, François Smith, was stabbed to death with a screwdriver in their home in Wellington, near Cape Town. Her murderer was a 16-year-old squatter camp resident whose race was omitted by the press but presumably few, if any whites, reside in his particular squatter camp which is dedicated to black Africans. Lisbé Smuts-Smith was a well-known academic and head of the Afrikaans literature department at the University of Cape Town. Just two weeks ago, another UCT academic, mathematician Brian Hahn, was attacked by a former student, dr. Maleafisha Steve Tladi (35). Hahn died in hospital a week later, while Tladi was released on bail of R500 (about $80).Two years ago Louw Rabie, a brilliant albeit reclusive geologist and brother of author Jan Rabie, was beaten to death with a fence pole by two Coloured men to whom he had lent some money a week earlier. Police in the small Cape town of Montagu readily caught his murderers because they happened to have drinking money during the week, taken from his home. He was 80 years old, but in good health. He is reputed to have been one of the most brilliant geologists and intellectuals this country has ever produced, writing copiously throughout his life but disdaining publication and public esteem. Africans with their oral tradition are fond of saying that "when an old person dies, a library burns down". What strikes me about the relentless killings of educated whites, is that the criminals are indeed "burning down the libraries" of this country and physically exterminating the intellectual class, much like Pol Pot did in Cambodia. The media are celebrating youth, dance, colour, being black and exuberant - as opposed to the quiet studiousness of middle-aged and elderly whites, the bearers of knowledge and understanding. Are these learned whites who are being killed in exuberant, paradisiacal outbreaks of violence simply the remnants of a civilisation that is being eradicated in the name of decolonisation? It is not really considered to be an exceptionally violent area. Most of this is not even reported in the press, because there really is not enough space and ordinary crime is no longer newsworthy. It needs some further sadistic element to make the front page, such as babies getting killed or raped, or elderly farmers being tortured to death. Farming in South Africa is now arguably the most dangerous profession in the world with more than 1600 farmers murdered since 1994, often in macabre and dehumanising ways.To the outside world, white South Africans are congenitally evil. If our murderers and rapists had been white and their victims black, Europe or the United States would long ago have sent an expeditionary force to put a stop to it. At present, news of white suffering in South Africa inspires the occasional yawn in Western capitals. This is why a recent article in The Despatch, detailing the rape of a dog by three black men, gave me some hope that a chord will be struck somewhere in the coolly indifferent breasts of our fellow-Westerners. Even if the lives of Louw Rabie, Brian Hahn, Lisbé Smuts-Smith, Kayla Rawstorne and tens of thousands of others are of no value to them, perhaps they will take pity on the mongrel bitch in Grahamstown that was recently raped by three black men. Or perhaps two black men, as the third one protested his innocence upon being dragged out of the shack by screaming, "I came here to relieve myself. These two were raping the dog when I arrived!" Cruelty to humans ,especially white humans, is today a normal feature of our society, just like human sacrifice used to be in the culture of the Aztecs. Cruelty to animals, or non-consensual sex with dogs, may still evoke some sympathy, not only locally, but also internationally. I therefore feel sorry for Masganda - the name of the dog concerned - who was rescued with a bleeding vagina and in need of veterinary attention, but perhaps this lowly creature of uncertain lineage could become a martyr for our cause in alerting opinion-makers and political leaders of our plight. Cycling has become a popular sport in South Africa. However, its practitioners regularly get shot at by gangs of black youths in the street, so that many of them carry guns and knives for self-defence on their bicycles. Members of the Johannesburg mountain-bike club were outraged a while ago when two cyclists, Scott and Lloyd Griffith, were charged with murder after an armed battle with their four black assailants, one of whom succumbed to his wounds. Most of the time, however, whites are helpless victims of crime. The government has recently passed a new gun law which makes it difficult, if not impossible, to own a fire-arm. They have also abolished rural commandos of military reservists entrusted with crime-prevention in the country, without any police units replacing them. Occasionally the newspapers carry stories of crime victims successfully defending themselves against attacks, offering armed resistance. As a result of the new gun law, this will soon end and we shall simply be able to hide or flee from our assailants. Defending oneself against a marauding robber or rapist might be a manifestation of racism, and is therefore frowned upon as being a kind of "right-wing"response.Being robbed of one's vehicle or household belongings is now considered quite normal, and often people ascribe escaping with their lives to their own astuteness, such as being friendly to the robber, helping him load the effects into a vehicle, not looking him in the face so as not to recognise him afterwards, et cetera. A friend of mine in Kempton Park kept up a reasonable conversation with the thieves emptying his house, tied up as he was with a gun pointed at him. He survived, although his elderly mother was badly roughed up and had to be hospitalised. In other instances, of course, people are not so lucky and they become just another murder statistic. Then they simply adapt and die.

As far as the rape, mutilation and murders of Channon Christian, 21 and Christopher Newsom, 23, some in the media are saying this case doesn't represent a hate crime. Well, it sure as hell doesn't symbolize a night of love and bonding between the young couple and those who butchered them. Was the cutting off of Chris' penis an act of human kindness? Was the cutting off of Channon's breast and pouring bleach down her throat an act of compassion and love? This was pure hatred, nothing less. Christopher Newsom, 23, was tied up and raped, shot in the back of the head and then dragged to a railway track and set on fire. His girlfriend, 21-year-old University of Tennessee student Channon Christian’s fate was even more horrific. Her death came only after hours of torture, during which time she was raped and savaged with a broken chair leg. She was beaten in the head and a household bleach was poured down her throat and over her bleeding and battered genital area in an attempt by her attackers to cover any evidence of rape – all while she was still alive. Then she was ‘hog-tied’ with curtains and a strip of bedding and a plastic bag was wrapped over her face. Her body was stashed inside five bigger rubbish liners and dumped in a bin, where, according to the autopsy report, she slowly suffocated to death. On Monday, the alleged ringleader of the gang accused of the killings goes on trial in Knoxville, Tennessee. That’s because they do not fit into the conventional contours of an attack in America’s Deep South, where a shameful history of racial intolerance has meant assaults by whites on blacks have historically been regarded in the context of race. In this case, the races were reversed: the victims were white and the four men and one woman charged in connection with the murders are black. Ironically, the case has now generated more publicity surrounding the furore over whether or not political correctness was behind the US media’s decision to largely ignore the story than it did for the murders themselves. Defence lawyers were quick to say that some of the accused dated white women and even prosecutors denied any racial overtones. ‘There is absolutely no proof of a hate crime,’ said John Gill, special counsel to Knox County District Attorney Randy Nichols. ‘It was a terrible crime, a horrendous crime, but race was not a motive. There is a common resistance by the majority of South Africans, to Mr Huntley’s charges that he fears for his life. That he is being targeted by criminals, because he is a "white" minority. It is funny how the ANC-led South African government shouted "racist" when a "white" man from Africa applied for asylum due to persecution, and failed to see the reverse racism they were guilty of. After all, this came from the same government that called Europe "racist" when athlete Caster Semenya had to go for a gender test. It turned out she is a hermaphrodite and the race card was just a ploy to cover a lie. In South Africa the race "card" is often used as a weapon by the government in order to silence its enemies and gain support for its racial policies. In Canada, the South African Civil Rights group, Afriforum, is going to put evidence on the table for the world to see. Evidence that is going to make the South African government very uncomfortable and dance to the tune of “Truth is the biggest enemy of any government". The hope is that the ANC led, South African government will be held accountable in an international court, for the human desperation which now exists within some of the white communities in South Africa. We contend that the South African government has been actively, concealing the truth, not only from the international community, but also from many of South Africa’s own citizens. To date there seems to be an unwillingness from the media to advance the full extent of the current conditions in South Africa. Relying almost exclusively upon statistics as provided by the South African government, without independent verification. Victims of an under current of genocide,low scale war, deserve more than a “copy and paste” mentality from news editors. Our desire is to extent the boundaries of truth, beyond the limited horizon of a small sphere of humanitarian efforts. A part of the world’s confusion is understandable. Many “rich white” foreigners living in South Africa’s highly secured neighbourhoods, speak with wonderment about the virtues of South Africa. They have no historical or family ties to the country, that binds them to heinous atrocities that are being committed against "white" minorities with a wide network of family. They do not have to share in the fear of racial discontent as directed at "white" minorities, specifically Afrikaners (Descendants of Mostly Dutch, French, German, British and smaller numbers from other European countries) whose heritage ties them to South Africa’s past. Afrikaners only have South African passports and thus "white" do not have European passports which "ties" them solidly to African soil. Foreigners to South Africa do not get to see the day to day life, that minorities in South Africa have to deal with. Even those of us forced to live outside our countries borders, are only a phone call away from the shared, feared reality of a racially fueled genocide. The fear is real as portrayed by the mass exodus of qualified and skilled citizens, of whom the majority is white. Concerned people from all walks of life, around the world have unified for the sole purpose of disseminating the truth. If these charges are a vilification of the truth, then truth shall prevail on the occasion of its justification. Thus we seek the truth to be told in an international court of law, and that the world be told the truth. That apartheid is still very much alive in a nation where racial tension is still propagated by the government, and tolerated by its media. People from all cultures, races and creed should not suffer the discontent that racism breeds, or fear those that use '"racism" as a "weapon of silence". The world is slowly starting to wake up to racial double standards. Where certain rules apply to one person, yet different rules to another. Brandon Huntley is that proof. For minorities, where ever they find themselves in the world, have no say in their destiny as voted by a majority. They are either accepted as part of a society or have to share in the world’s charity. That is the price of being the minority, you are at the mercy of the perception of right and wrong as perceived by the majority. That is one of the reasons why Afrikaners became part of a larger family of minorities by joining the Unrepresented Nations and Peoples Organization (UNPO). Equality is only a perception shared by the majority, and hoped for by minorities. South African minorities are at the mercy of equality as perpetrated on them by criminals. We are at the mercy of racial equality as viewed by people who participate in crime. Yet we do not have the voting power to end acts of crime against all citizens of South Africa. The majority are the ones who tolerate crime, therefore we must judge the racial tolerance of criminals. At night we can only pray that we would not be murdered by somebody with a vindictive racial attitude. We do not get to vote on the attitude towards crime, yet we are told that it is not geared towards us. We have to take the word of the majority, that criminals do not use racial bias. In South Africa, racists are not criminals, this is what the statics will make us believe. This is not a question of us against them, but about what is wrong, and that, is a government forcing its “denial of truth agenda” on the world. An agenda that now heightens racial discord by driving a wedge between people. That wedge is destroying the “Mandela dream”. In a nation of people that seeks peace, we are being polarised by government efforts. The ANC proffer a policy that generally states “never again will one benefit at the expense of another”, in its own Freedom Charter. Whilst still at the same time practicing policies like Affirmative Action and Black Economic Empowerment, to virtually eliminate whites from participation in the work force. Does the government fear our commitment to building the future of South Africa? Are we always to be treated that we do not belong, therefore we are not allowed to equally participate? How long before our own people will accept us, and not reject us? Maybe then the killing of innocent people will stop. If we are to be truly living in a free society, the government should feel obligated to protect all its citizens against violent crime. In order for us to build a better society, we need to be living in one first. There is no justification for crime, not even against minorities. If there is racial discord, are the leaders not there to discredit its legitimacy, are they not there to raise or lower our fears? Yet we are being labelled as being “racist” because we are raising our fears, as we see our government use racial slurs, to raise political capital. The world should also be the judge of the legitimacy of our fears. History is littered with examples of people’s fears that were ignored. If our fears are just an attempt to diminish the South African government, then the truth should be told. They have already diminished their own image in the U.N. when it comes to voting on human rights issues, as a member of the Human Rights Council. “HRC members such as South Africa, Indonesia, India and Senegal, although themselves generally regarded as upholding human rights at home, frequently back human rights-abusing countries, critics say." - CNSNews.com The media seems to believe that our allegations are all fabricated lies, so what harm would come of independent eyes to discern for themselves? If all we are trying to do is to create a larger schism between races, will those facts not also be revealed? We believe and trust that the truth shall set us free, rather than apart. These crimes have been continuing since 1994 and is ever on the increase, to such worrying statistics that Genocide Watch is very concerned to what is currently happening. Here are three examples of hate crimes in the white community that were fueled by black on white racism, yet gone unnoticed, like many more examples Afriforum will give as evidence. David Jones, of the Daily Mail describes the brutal assault of a white woman, Mrs. Ame Brown, in her Johannesburg home, in the absence of her husband, who was working a night shift. Mrs. Brown's two young sons were bound at the wrists and forced at gunpoint to watch the four-strong black gang which had broken into their flat as their mother was violated in turn by each of the gang members. Says Jones: "As the first man made way for the second, he spat out the hate-filled words Ame, an Afrikaner, will never forget: "For years you Boers always took from us. Now we're taking from you." In fact, Ame Brown worked as a care assistant looking after mainly black children at a Johannesburg home for youngsters. But her work on behalf of such an underprivileged, have-not section of the population obviously cut no ice with her assailants. Her race was all that mattered as far as they were concerned. Lambert Theron, 20, Kempton Park Wimpy manager - CCTV filmed this young Afrikaner’s last moments: being hacked to death in a revenge-murder by two black co-workers – who accused him of ‘lying like all white men do’. One of the most shocking recent examples of two anti-white racist hate-crimes involved the April 2009 torture-murders of Alice Lotter, 77, and her daughter Helen, 57, which caused a wave of abhorrence amongst the entire white community because of its incredible cruelty. The women, both frail, were tortured to death at their farm in Allenridge in the Free State on April 1, 2009. According to forensic evidence, the Lotter mother and daughter died excruciatingly painful deaths: First tortured by being stabbed with broken glass bottles into their vaginas; one of the women also had her breasts cut off while she was still alive – and then both women’s blood, police forensic experts found, had been used to paint the ANC’s anti-Afrikaner hate slogan ‘Kill the Boer Kill the Farmer’ on the walls of their homestead. The list of crimes against "white" minorities, victims of murder and torture goes on. Take a moment and ask yourself the question: What if these minorities were from a different race, in another part of the world? Would there be an international outcry against these heinous crimes, if they were not "white"? If the roles were reversed the world would trounce on the opportunity to vilify "whites", acting in such a way against "black" minorities. Are we to believe that asylum seekers should also be racially profiled? In a truly democratic society the outcry that a member of minority has been brutalized like this, should cause a reaction from their government. A full scale investigation into the causes and conditions, or at the very least a denouncement from the government, should be launched. We should learn from the past that ignoring the pleas from minorities, can have even full scale impact on the rest of the world. Less we forget the lessons from our wars of the past. We can ill afford another devastating war on the face of the planet, seeing that we are already losing the battle on global climate change and the population growth is about to explode. The last world war was started by the world ignoring the plight of minorities, as they felt that the abuse was justified. On this point the South African government remains painfully misdirected, choosing to rouse its supporters into hatred against whites. The South African government knows if they stop using the racial issue, if "whites" become South Africans, rather than ‘Racist White’ South Africans, it would become increasingly more difficult to enforce racial bias, hypocritical policies and even lose support in the process. Is equality not the pursuit of all people? As things are becoming more tense in South Africa, we see right wing extremists rise up from the ashes, for instance the AWB party of Eugene Tereblanche. Though these group represent a very small minority of "whites" or Afrikaners, what is apparent and worrying, is that more "whites" will feel obliged to sympathise as hate crimes against them is on the increase. Brandon Huntley might lose his case, but that is not the real issue. The question is whether the truth will be exposed, will all be fully revealed? If the South African government’s statistics and propaganda are accepted as "fact", if the full spectrum of truth is discarded or ignored. The world will lose another opportunity to advance the cause of oppressed people - even oppressed white men like Brandon Huntley. If the world neglects to seek the truth, the South African government will not suddenly find its moral centre, rather, it will be assured that its efforts to beguile are more potent than truth. Even to those of us that believed they would bring peace and equality. That dream is still to be achieved. The black ANC government regards the decision as absurd because, in its view, the wave of criminality, which plagues South Africa since the black government took over in 1994, effects both black and whites, not only whites. Besides the fact that the government's view is an admission that it cannot fulfill the basic function of a government, viz., to protect its citizens, it is also an oversimplification of the situation and a distortion of reality. The government tries to ignore the consequences of its own legislation adopted since 1994. Just as the white government before 1994, the black government itself chooses to make race determinative of the content of South African citizenship. It is its legislative structure and political policies that should be scrutinized in order to determine whether or not the system is oppressive against whites on account of their race. The high criminality, especially against whites, and an inability to protect its citizenry in this regard, is just one effect of the legislation and policies. One of the first serious signs of an anti-white political scene was when the ANC member, Peter Mokaba, began with the political slogan, "kill a farmer, kill a Boer" after the black government took power in 1994. He was later appointed a member of Nelson Mandela's government. This political slogan became regular features at ANC meetings and was also shouted at his funeral and in the presence of various high functionaries of the state. Nobody was reprimanded by the state for allowing, participating or acquiescing in this practice and no official resigned because of it. Anywhere in the world, except South Africa, such behavior would have been regarded as instigation to murder. Although it is an offense to instigate murder, nobody was prosecuted for this practice. It was originally simply regarded as an exercise of the right to free expression. The influence of the slogan on young and illiterate, and not so illiterate, blacks was never determined or tested in a court of law. The legislation adopted since 1994, has the effect that the civil service, openly and as stated policy, discriminates against whites, that numerous, almost about all, whites lost their positions in the public services on account of their race, that on account of race managerial positions in white owned companies must be granted to blacks, that a certain number of shares in white owned companies must be transferred to blacks, that white owned farms must be expropriated on behalf of individual blacks and not for public purposes as is internationally required and that the study places for whites at universities, especially for the professions, are limited. These are just few examples explaining the purpose, and effect, of the legislative program adopted since 1994. The government describes its policies openly as the Africanization of South Africa. The similarities between this policy as reflected in legislation and that followed in Nazi Germany after 1933 are amazing. The Nazis called their policy Arisierung, or Germanization, and it was aimed at the Jews. On the international level it is difficult to regard Africanisation as legitimate if Arisierung is also not so regarded. Because nobody considers Arisierung to be legitimate, it is objectively difficult to view Africaniszation to be anything else than unlawful. The German policy of Arisierung underwent a change for the worst after 1939, which can even be seen as a dangerous pointer to what might be the end result of Africanization if it is not timely identified for what it is. The view that the South African constitution legitimizes the race-based legal structure originates from the black governing elite: it is the political correct thing to say according to the black governing party for those subject to its policies. Affirmative action, however, can only be justified on an individual basis, that is in respect of individuals whose rights were in reality violated previously. These violated rights should be remedied by affirmative action and then only on an individual basis. Affirmative action cannot be used as justification for legitimizing a totally race-based legal system in which the beneficiaries can even be foreigners, provided that they are black, as is the case in South Africa. The purpose with the new constitution was to abolish a race-orientated legal structure, not to entrench it. If a government creates a legal structure which allows people to chant slogans openly to kill members of another race, that your job can be taken on account of your race, that your land can be expropriated on account of your race, that companies and shares can be taken over on account of the race of the owners, it is certainly one that also sends a clear message to criminals that they may attack the members of that race, who are legally regarded as untermenschen, with impunity. The structure in its totality is then oppressive against whites; the criminal consequences are just one element thereof. Prof. Hercules Booysen is an eminent South African legal consultant.
