After Laura Zuñiga of Mexico, the original titleholder of Reina Hispanoamericana 2008 was arrested with suspected gang members in Sinaloa, Mexico, she was the first Reina titleholder to loose her crown.In an official press note by Promociones Gloria, the organizer of Reina Hispanoamericana, released on Friday, December 26, has decleared that Laura’s first runner-up, Vivian Noronha Cia of Brazil will take over all the responsibilities as Reina Hispanoamericana 2008.
Meanwhile, celebration filled the Brazilian streets as they cheer for Vivian Noronha Cia. This beauty from Umuarama, Paraná state is a Dentist and professional model. She was also the 1st runner-up in Miss World Brazil 2008 and will represent her country at Miss Tourism Queen International 2009, on May 28, in Zhengzhou, China.
La verdad, la que debe (y por mucho) tener el título de NB Sin. es Carmen; pero como dicen dicen en mi pueblo “con dinero baila el perro”…
En lo que respecta al título de Miss Hispanoamérica 2008,la nueva reina es la brasileña Vivian Noronha Cia (la del centro):

The new Reina will travel back to Bolivia in the next few days to receive her crown and sash.
