THE WINNER OF MISS MODEL OF THE WORLD 2008 - MISS UKRAINE

INTRODUCTION

20TH "MISS MODEL of the WORLD" Internaional Modelling Contest will be held on 4th November to 24th November 2008 in Shenzen, China. There are 63 contestants will take part in this geat yearly event. "MISS MODEL of the WORLD" International Modelling Contest has been founded by Mr.Çevik Suha ALPAYLI, who is wellknown in the world of INTERNATIONAL BEAUTY and MODELLING Contests, in the year of 1988 as of to be the first and most serious event in the WORLD and in TURKEY which already has taken it's place in the INTERNATIONAL CALENDAR since the year it was founded.

Miss Model of the World, Miss World & Miss Universe are recognized as top three beauty pageant contests in the world. “Miss Model of the World Contest” was first launched in 1988 and was successfully held for 19 times with its founder, Mr. Suha Aupayli who is well-known in international modeling circle. Top five shall be selected each time for “MMW” contest with the titles of Miss Model of the World, the first runner-up,the second runner-up, the third runner-up and the fourth runner-up, and with some sub-titles respectively prizes which are decided in the contest or selected by the sponsors such as best in photogenic, best in national costume, miss for international friendship, best in figure, best in media impression and so on.

The 17th & 18th Miss Model of the World were held in Shenzhen & 19th Miss Model of the World was held in Shanxi. Now it’s very fortunately that the 20th Miss Model of the World will return back to Shenzhen again.

About 3:38, Miss Anna, the Chairman of Miss Model of the world & Mr. Lai, the general manager of Baolilai International Hotel were signing on the contract. Mr. Gu Xuanhui, the Chairman of Hongkong Overseas Chinese Commerce Chamber, Mr Shen Weilin, Mr Wujiang & Senior officers of Baolilai International Hotel attended the signing ceremony.

The 20th Miss Model of the World will be held during Nov. 2nd to Nov. 25th. Baolilai International Hotel will provide comfortable living conditions & five-star services to contestants.

WINNER 20th MISS MODEL OF THE WORLD INTERNATIONAL FINAL AT SHENZEN, CHINA

Mariia Lakimuk from Ukraine wins the champion during the final contest of the 20th Miss World Model in the Folk Culture Village of Splendid China in Shenzhen, south China’s Guangdong Province, Nov. 22, 2008. The final contest of the 20th Miss World Model ended here on Saturday with over 60 models engaging in.
