Sin Yeung grew up in Hong Kong, where the culture blends of East meets West, it is known for its shopping and also a as world-classed food paradise.
She attended university of CUHK, was a graduate exchange student in Nagoya, Japan, where she taught Japanese children Chinese & Cantonese, and also worked in a Japanese-Italian restaurant for two months, it was very tough but beneficial.
After her return from Japan she was involved in translating for many events such as: the Japanese Food Festival in Hong Kong.
She was a flight attendant for over two years before taking part in the Miss Hong Kong Pageant.
Hobbies and sporting interests are: Travelling; reading; cooking; singing; piano; listening to classical and show music; swimming.
Sin Yeung enjoys both the traditional local food and the Japanese cuisine.

Having graduated in Arts, Parvathy has studied Sociology, Psychology & English Literature, her ambition is to further her studies in Psychology to learn more about human behaviour in depth.
Leisure and sporting interests are: a special talent for whistling; listening to music; singing; reading; glass painting; basketball; badminton; swimming; acting; modelling: dancing (varying from local dances to learning ballroom and Latin dances); and learning new languages.
Best of all Paryathy loves her mothers cooking, but she does like to try different cuisines from all over the world.

Sandra has also worked as a news reporter and presenter for a talk show and music channel.

Tamar was born and grew up in Haifa, located on the Carmel Mountains in the north of Israel. Celebrating its 60th anniversary, Israel is a small modern country with an ancient history and is both geographically and climatically diverse, with snow capped mountains in the North and arid deserts in the South.
Having passed the psychometric course with high grades, she is now preparing for her university studies in Jerusalem in the Medical Faculty. Meantime Tamar is working as a guide in preparation for a psychometric course, her ambition is to become a Doctor.
Sports and leisure interests are travel, all extreme sports such as wind surfing, skiing, jet skiing, rock music, piano which she has been playing since she was 8 years old, science fiction books; and her favourite food is steak.

Mizuki grew up in Kanagawa, and now lives in the city of Hadano, surrounded by beautiful mountains with a view of Mount Fuji.
She is studying International Relations, including Economics, History and Sociology and aspires to achieve her Bachelor's degree in March 2009.
Mizuki's ambition is travel around the world, she has already visited: the US, Thailand, Korea, Australia; and whilst in high school her basketball club brought her to China to play against Chinese Universities.
Sporting and leisure activities include: basketball; swimming; cooking; listening to music; playing piano; Japanese Dance; and has a special talent in the Art of Calligraphy.
Mizuki also models for magazines and TV commercials, one of the most unusual jobs was swimming for 8 hours in an aquarium with a white dolphin for a TV commercial, it was surprisingly soft, playful and friendly.

19-year-old Alfina Nasyrova from Almaty and was crowned Miss Kazakhstan 2007 at the Abai State Kazakh National Opera & Ballet Theatre (GATOB) in Almaty.she will represent Kazakhstan in the 57th Miss Universe 2008 Pageant in Nha Trang on July 13, 2008, Vietnam. Also she will represent Kazakhstan in the 58th Miss World 2008 Pageant on October 4, 2008, at the Sandton Convention Centre in Johannesburg, South Africa on the 12th December 2008.

The Maori name for New Zealand is Aoteuroa, which means Land of the Long White Cloud in Maori, this is because when it was first discovered it was covered in low fog & cloud.
Kahurangi has just completed her NCEA levels 1 & 2; her ambition is to attend the Waikato University and to qualify as a Psychiatrist.

She has a Bachelor degree in food nutrition & development, and is currently working as a model and reading books about personal financial management as her ambition is to go into Property Management.
The most unusual job she has been selected to do to date was when she was decorated with precious orchids in her hair and on her kimono for the ‘World Orchid Festival' in Thailand.
